Our Knife Exchange Program takes knife maintenance off your team’s plate. We supply your kitchen with commercial knives and automatically exchange them every two weeks for a freshly sharpened set. Sharpening, maintenance, pickup, and delivery are all included.

Every Knife Exchange plan also includes Annual Cutting Board Care, with professional resurfacing of up to 4 standard commercial cutting boards each year.

Prefer to keep your own knives? We also provide professional sharpening with complimentary pickup and delivery, along with commercial cutting board resurfacing.
